Will my order be sent and handled quickly and discreetly?
Definitely, we respect and understand our customers want and expect nothing but complete privacy in any transaction with us. All orders are sent in plain satchels or Courier bag, with No description or reference to the contents of the bag. This means you can safely have the items sent to your work if this is more convenient for you. If we need to contact you we will only speak to or e-mail the person that placed the order, we will not discuss the details of the order with anyone other than the purchaser.
All of our items, other than lingerie, are available for IMMEDIATE DELIVERY *. This means that once your payment has cleared, in most cases, you will receive your order in 2-5 working days (Subject to location and delivery method chosen).
* Many Lingerie items are held locally but due to the enormous range of colours and sizes that we supply some of these items are ordered specifically to suit your requirements. As such please allow approximately at least 21 days from the date of your order for the delivery of any lingerie purchases. If you happen to order both lingerie and adult toy products, you may, in some rare cases, receive your order in two separate packages, on different days. G.S.T is a Tax levied by the Government that is only applicable to Australian residents. Should you not live in Australia, and the goods are for export out of Australia, you will not be charged any G.S.T. on your purchase from us. This means our international customers can purchase from us Tax or Duty Free! Saving you even more. For those in Australia sorry but you know the score.
How is my order posted within Australia?
Australian customers. Your order will either be posted via Australia Post or by courier. If we need to order your lingerie items, your order will be sent directly from our USA supplier to you. In this case, your items will be sent via USPS, and delivery will usually be 3 weeks. (or longer during peak or holiday periods.)
Expected delivery times vary depending on location however please use below as a guideline
Express Post – Next working day to Capital
Cities, 2-3 days otherwise.
Courier – Next working day to most areas
International customers. Your adult toy, novelty and dvd's items
will be sent from Australia, using Australia Post. Your order could take up to
2-3 weeks. Lingerie items will be delivered to you directly from the USA by USPS.
If you are a resident of the USA, expect your lingerie order to arrive within
3-5 working days.
Do you deliver to International Customers?
Yes we are happy to deliver products outside of Australia. Overseas orders are shipped, at the customer’s expense via Australia Post- International Air Mail.

Air Mail – 7 to 14 working days

Please note: We will not be held responsible for the Customs and Laws that govern your particular country should your goods be confiscated, nor will we refund your money or shipping costs. This service is at you own risk but we will endeavour to do our best to package goods discretely and get your order to you as fast as we can. All Goods will be marked Discreetly for customs declarations unless otherwise requested.
Yes, we will ship to Australian Post Office boxes. But we must have your telephone number as a contact point.
Do you have a payment system alternate to Credit Cards via paypal?
Yes - You can send us a cheque or money order by mail. Another method is to Direct Deposit to our bank account. All these methods are described clearly in the how to order page.
Please note Cheque / Money Orders must be cleared before any goods will be despatched.

How will I know what is happening with my order?

What Video and DVD Format do you supply
All DVD's supplied are Multi-Region format. Video Tapes are VHS
or PAL format. (This is the Standard for most of Europe and Asia Pacific incl
Australia and New Zealand)
We currently do not supply NTSC video tapes.
