Some of
the best lovemaking positions. |

Sometimes we need a little
variety to spice things up, and entice your lover to come back for
more. Here are some love making positions we recommend, as well as
some love making tips.
Firstly though, make sure you do the following to set the mood. |
- Set the atmosphere. It is very important to
set the right mood. You want to create a loving and passionate feel
between you and your lover. Scent the room, dim the lights, play
some music, and use some massage oils. Stimulate all your senses for
heightened pleasure.
- Do not rush the foreplay. A common mistake
is a couple will quickly undress, touch here, kiss there, roll on,
breath heavy, grunt and groan, and bam! all done.. How boring! Take
your time. Do not undress straight away. Kiss, cuddle, and fondle
with clothes on. This can be quite erotic. Once you get that craving
for skin on skin contact, slowly undress. Kiss and touch as you go.
- Be comfortable. Make sure you are both
enjoying what you are doing. If your partner is uncomfortable or
being hurt, they will not enjoy themselves and most likely not
achieve orgasm.
Some exciting Sex
Positions to try
- Have the woman lie on her back, and draw
her legs up to her stomach/chest so her thighs are resting on her
tummy. The man is on his knees and enters the woman. He can either
use her legs for support or if he is super fit, hold her feet. This
position allows for deep pleasurable penetration. In this position
the vagina contract and grips around the penis, making it extremely
pleasurable for both partners. It is fairly easy to keep up a good
rhythm and allows for face to face contact.
- The penetrating partner sits on a flat
surface, (bed, bench, table etc) legs outstretched. The receiving
partner sits on top and wraps their legs around the penetrating
partner. Both partners move in unison to achieve a thrusting motion.
This position can be combined with fondling of the breasts and
buttocks, of the receiving partner and the buttocks of the
penetrating partner, increasing the chances of both pleasure and
orgasm in both partners. Don't forget passionate kissing, nibbling,
sucking and licking.

This one is a slight variation
to position number 1. The penetrating partner kneels while the
receiving partner lies on their back, ankles on each side of
penetrating partner's shoulders. Allows for deep penetration, and
good rhythm.
- This is a tricky one, and probably for a
fit person. The penetrating partner sits on edge of a bed or chair
with feet spread wide on floor. The receiving partner lays on their
back on the floor and drapes their legs and thighs over the legs of
the penetrating partner. The penetrating partner holds the knees of
the receiving partner and controls thrusts.
- I couldn't leave this one out. Probably
one of the most common positions, but a hell of a lot of fun!
Doggy -This position maximizes the depth of penetration, which may
be desirable by either or both partners, but can pose the risk of
pushing against the sigmoid colon (bowel). This is usually no
pleasurable for a woman, but if the receiving partner is male, this
increases the chances of stimulating the prostate, which most men
find highly erotic and arousing. This position allows for vigorous
thrusting. A variation is the leap frog, in which the receiving
partner angles their body downward. The receiving partner may also
lie flat and face down, with the penetrating partner straddling
their thighs.
The next time your girl
assumes the doggy, simply lift her leg and either keep it against
your hip or hold it up by the thigh. This way, you can penetrate her
even deeper and your testicles will gently tap against her clitoris
more prominently. Or, you can even use your free hand to massage her
clitoris and drive her mad.

Spooning- two partners
lie side by side facing away from each other. Lying on your side you
are facing away from your partner (if you’re the one being
penetrated) or facing your partners back (if you’re doing the
penetrating). Usually there will be some overlapping of arms and
legs in this position.
Be a bit imaginative, and try some
variations of the above. If you are penetrating your partner, you
might want to be lower down then them on the bed. Use your hands and
arms to spread apart or lift up one of their legs. In another
variation, the partner being penetrated can curl up a bit, exposing
their bottom and/or vagina. The “scissors” position is another
variation on side-by-side.

This position refers to penetration with both
partners standing, and one partner using a wall to support
themselves while being penetrated by their partner. Face the wall,
bending a bit at the waist, and depending on comfort and height,
bending your knees. You may have just their hands, or possibly your
forearms pressing against the wall (in a sort of “frisking” pose
from police shows). Your partner is behind you facing the wall as
well, penetration is from behind.

I probably don't have to
explain the missionary position, but just in case, partner to be
penetrated, lies on their back, legs slightly spread and drawn up,
the penetrator lies on top, face to face. The penetrator supports
himself by either holding onto something, eg, bed head, or by his
own hands on the bed etc. or he can lie on his partner, for maximum
contact and intimacy.
Did you know you can change the sensations for both partners while
in this sex position, by simply adding a pillow or two under the
bottom of the person on the bottom.
- For another variation of the missionary
position, for the adventuresome couple only. The person on
bottom and the person on top switch leg positions. The person on
bottom closes their legs (in the missionary position, the legs
straddle (the person on top)). The person on top straddles the legs
of the person on bottom. Visually, at least in my mind, it looks as
if the person on top is doing a wide-legged push up. The benefit of
this position is simple: for the person on top, additional
stimulation to the penis/dildo and for the person on bottom,
additional sensations on the inner thighs. Caution: the top position
is (for a top that desires) a good physical workout. Expect to
sweat.
- Instead of assuming the missionary
position, where the couple is head-to-head and toe-to-toe, one
person should reverse their position, so that the two of you will
now be head-to-toe and toe-to-head. Again, the difference between
this position and the missionary position is that this time, the
partners face the opposite direction of each other. Each person has
a view of the other person's feet. Make sure your feet smell good!
The angle of entry is different and often will require verbal
communication. To make this work, the person on bottom will need to
arch her/his pelvic area (back flat against the ground) and
communication between the two of you will need to be stellar. The
angle of entry is very different than what most couples are used to.
I strongly suggest that the woman help guide the penis/dildo with
her hand into the correct position. This is a great position for
couples who want to try something new, and are prepared to make
fools of themselves and be comfortable laughing about how hard this
position makes lovemaking.
P.S. While
each of you are now facing each other's clean toes, why not have a
nibble? Some people love having their toes licked, and sucked.
Sucking toes and massaging the insoles adds an extra stimulation
which can be very arousing.
There are so many positions, but I think the above
are the basics, and you can use your imagination to vary them.
Most penetrative sex positions (above) can be adapted for anal sex,
especially those that involve entry from behind. Other sexual
practices involving the vagina, such as fingering, can also be adapted
anally. Choose your positions carefully for anal sex. Comfort is a
